All prescription-only medicines (POMs) dispensed by us require a valid prescription issued by a registered prescriber following a clinical assessment. Our prescribers review your medical questionnaire and may request additional information or refuse a prescription if it is clinically inappropriate.
Prescriptions are issued solely at the clinical discretion of our prescribers. Submitting a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. You must not share prescribed medicines with any other person.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date medical information. Providing false or misleading information may result in serious harm and termination of your account.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. You will always be shown the full price before completing payment. Your card will be charged only after your order is submitted.
Once your prescription has been approved and dispensed by our pharmacist, orders are dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery times may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
Medicines will be dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive or tracked deliveries. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by you.
You may cancel your order before your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at our registered email address.
Once a prescription has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns of medicines for safety and regulatory reasons. This is in accordance with the Human Medicines Regulations 2012. Refunds will not be issued for dispensed medicines unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once a clinical assessment has been completed.
